We have prepared SAN-EI TRUST CARE for our customers to use SAN-EI tables for long term without any worries.
To activate SAN-EI TRUST CARE for your table, it is required to register a serial number which is attached on your table.
It would be appreciated if you could take a time and register your table for long term use. Thank you again for your understanding and cooperation.
Please proceed to “User registration” in this page.
After the user registration, please fill out the serial number of your table and other required fields.
After the registration complete, a certificate of TRUST CARE will be sent to your mail address you have registered.
Note: If you purchased multiple number of tables at a time, you would need to register all the tables one by one. We recommend you to prepare all the serial numbers before starting your registrations.
♦There are 2 kind of maintenance services and periods depends on the table model.
"Regular Support" has 2 years of maintenance services for main parts of your table.
(A sticker on your table is in blue and has an indication of "2".)
"Superior Support" has 5 years of maintenance services for main parts of your table.
(A sticker on your table is in red and has an indication of "5".)
Note: Maintenance services and periods are subjects to be set by SAN-EI. These are not customer's choice.
